Perched on level 38 of the new Andaz Singapore is 665°F, the hotel’s premium halal-certified steakhouse. 665°F, is a surprisingly intimate restaurant that’s almost like dining in a Chef’s kitchen. The famous Pira oven is on show (the temperature for which the restaurant is named after). This is where all the meat magic happens.
