1919 Waterboat House
Check out the enchanting five-course “Tu Es (Because You Are)” menu, with a romantic art deco setting and a mesmerizing scenic skyline to get you in the mood for love. Indulge in welcome cocktails, the Chef Surprise (you won’t know what it is but you’ll be in for a treat!) and a dazzling French and Japanese dinner topped off with the star of the meal – the Mon Cheri, a luscious chocolate ganache covered in chocolate glace. Located at Fullerton Waterboat House, a colonial heritage building built in 1919, 1919 Waterboat House makes for a classy dining venue with views that’ll take your breath away.

Adrift by David Myers
Buck tradition and get down with Esquire Singapore and ADRIFT to celebrate this Valentine’s Day with absolute style and debauchery. Dig into seafood, meats, cheeses and the dessert station for an aphrodisiac treat, then head to the open bar for free-flow cocktails, rosé , high-end spirits and an impressive wine list. The food here is seriously delicious, mamas.

Cheek by Jowl
Cheek by Jowl’s Valentine’s Day Menu is a 5-course epicurean treat consisting of dishes like Pickled Kingfish with creamy charred avocado and sherry dressing; as well as a roasted Lamb Saddle with burnt eggplant, roasted salsify, and a mixture of puffed bulgar wheat, quinoa, and barley. Cap a lovely Valentine’s Day off with a refreshing Coconut Sorbet with fermented cherries and coconut ash mousse, garnished with a Szechuan and black pepper crumble – yum!

Be enthralled by CUT’s 4-course set menu in a modern yet elegant setting, starting with the most succulent Kumamoto Oysters. Pick from a choice of US.D.A Prime steaks and Australian Angus afterward and end your meal off with a decadent dessert treat – the Valrhona Chocolate Soufflé.

The Disgruntled Brasserie

The Halia
Share an intimate evening with the hubs as you partake in The Halia’s Valentine’s Day sharing menu or buffet amidst the lush greenery of theBotanic Gardens. The generous sharing menu includes oysters, truffle jelly, ribeye, and more. Open Door Policy puts the ‘heart’ in ‘hearty’ this Valentine’s Day, with a fanfare of cheekily-named dairy- and gluten-free selections such as Be Yours First (a medley of warm beetroot quinoa, scallop and black tempura oyster aphrodisiac) and Touch My Sweet ‘Pot, a tummy-warming sweet potato soup served with homemade GFDF focaccia and greens from the wall.
