Want quality in your activewear without breaking the bank, mama? Say goodbye to poorly-made gym gear and hello to Gym Wear Movement, who provide luxury gym wear at a steal. Their pre-order model ensures that each product on offer can be kept at affordable prices, as they work directly with an international partner factory (known for its experience in servicing popular global brands) and cuts out the need for expensive middlemen. We love their graphic yet minimal designs, which will seamlessly integrate into any workout wardrobe!
Gym Wear Movement also prioritises sustainability and giving back to the community. They partner with Vietnam Outreach and The Ocean Cleanup to forward 5% of their profits to each charity.
To celebrate their official launch, Gym Wear Movement is giving away 10,000 outfits until the last one is redeemed. Find out more on their Facebook page!
Coming to Singapore in January 2019, cult cosmetic brand Chantecaille’s incredibly innovative Bio Lifting Serum+ is infused with powerful botanicals and the newest peptides that smooth the appearance of both horizontal and vertical fine lines and wrinkles while working to moisturise, immediately lift, visibly firm and protect against blue light pollution (which we’re often exposed to from our mobile and laptop screens!). Pair it with the velvety smooth Bio Lifting Cream + (infused with five extraordinary plant stem cells – Bionymph, Plantago, Caffeine Free Coffee, Daphne, and Raspberry) and you’ll be left with a visibly lifted, plump skin! We love that Chantecaille skincare products are cruelty free, and completely devoid of nasties like phthalates, sulphates, synthetic fragrances, or palm oil.

We know you mamas love your afternoon teas, so look sharp, as there are two new ones in town:
For a limited time (now through 30 December), the Tea Lounge at Regent Singapore is offering a Fairytale Princess Tea in celebration of the Disney Princesses lining Orchard Road as well as Singapore Dance Theatre’s performance of Sleeping Beauty. In addition to the above-pictured castle, kiddos will love the whimsical pastries highlighting fairytale ingredients like pumpkins and apples, and the scones are topnotch.
Meanwhile, MO Bar at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore has a delicious new December Afternoon Tea featuring 19 varieties of TWG Tea (we highly recommend the Pink Flamingo green tea with hibiscus), along with elegant nibbles like Wagyu Short Rib Kueh Pie Tee, Lobster and Asian Pear Mini-Cones, and Foie Gras Lollipops. It’s super yum, and the spectacular views of Marina Bay aren’t bad, either.
Fairy Tale Princess Tea is available at the Tea Lounge at Regent Singapore through 30 December, 2018. Prices from $48 per adult / $24 per child. Click here for details.

Cruelty-free, vegan-friendly and superfood-infused… could this be the skincare line of our dreams? Founded by local makeup artist Xenia Wong, Sigi Skin was created with healthy skin in mind. Inspired by the coveted Korean ‘Glass Skin’ look, Xenia was determined to come up with an alternative to the multiple skincare steps needed to achieve it. This led to the creation of just three effective products in the line-up, encouraging a pared-down, fuss-free regimen:
Kalenser Hypoallergenic Vegan Cleanser, $38
Don’t let its gel-like, foamless formula fool you mama – this stuff is pretty heavy duty and even removes makeup.
Morning Glow Hydrating Physical Sunscreen SPF50, $58
Made with avocado, acai and lemon, this kid-friendly sunscreen can also be used in place of moisturiser for lazy mornings.
Pink Nectar Daily Eye Mask, $62
Containing peach extracts, Vitamin E and hyaluronic acid this eye cream will give you perfectly hydrated peepers.
If you’ve been to Hokkaido, Japan, you’d know that their creamy, milky ice cream is what they’re known for. No need to suppress the craving anymore mama, because we’ve got Hokkaido ice cream right here in sunny Singapore thanks to Naganuma Ice Co., the peeps behind Hokkaido’s Most Popular 100% Raw Milk Soft Serve! The first outlet in Singapore is now open in Tanjong Pagar.
Boasting six ultra-smooth soft serve flavours like the original Raw Milk and Red Wine, and 12 mouthwatering gelato flavours like Vanilla, Matcha (of course!), Azuki, Double Cheese, Mango and Strawberry Milk, you’ll be spoiled for choice. They also have special dessert options too, like the SG-exclusive Crème Brûlée Rich Milk Soft Serve (Raw Milk soft serve topped with airflown custard straight from Japan, and brown sugar torched right before your eyes), and Chocolate Lover Parfait.
