Admissions process

Step 1: Formal application.
Submit the completed and signed Application Form and the student contract*. Also, you must provide a copy of the passport and, if already in your possession, the Foreign Immigration Number (FIN). In case your child has dual or more nationalities and holds more than one passport, please advise us accordingly upon registration.
*The registration form includes a 'student contract' and an 'advisory note' as required by the 'Ministry of Education in Singapore' (Private Education Act No. 21 of 2009).

Step 2: Educational registration
The Learning Support Coordinator requires several forms in order to place your child in a specific grade level/class, like the 'Educational Registration Form' and the 'Educational report' (or OKR) which may be downloaded from our website (please ensure you give the correct group number 'OKR' to the child's current teacher to be completed). In certain cases, you may wish to delay informing your child's current teacher about your relocation and we do our best to be understanding. Please inform us of this situation and give us an indication of when to expect the educational report.

We can begin placing a child as soon as we have received the following documents in soft copy:
– An educational report
– A copy of your child’s most recent school report
– Your child's updated student monitoring system/test results (e.g. CITO, LVS, KIJK)
– Examination results
– The most recent action plans if applicable
– The student contract; please fill out and sign on each page
– A recent passport photo of the pupil to be enrolled
– A copy of your child's passport
– A copy of both sides of the Singaporean ID card (FIN)
– A copy of vaccination documents (measles and diphtheria)
– The medical form and parental consent form
– A signed copy of the Social Media Privacy Disclaimer
