Sassy Scoop: Keep the Kids busy this Christmas with Wee Care’s Holiday Camps!

If you’re looking for a year end activity to get your little ones learning while having loads of fun, then early childhood education centre, Wee Care, have you covered with their stimulating, fun-filled and educational holiday camps for kids 2 to 6 years. With 5 different camps to choose from, there’s plenty to keep junior busy these Christmas holidays!

1. Classic Holiday Camp

Mini historians will learn about “old Singapore” through making (and eating!) classic Singaporean dishes, reading the poetry of Ann Peters and zipping (imaginatively) through Tekka Market! This 10-day camp from 9-20 December 2013 is a creative way for the kiddos to learn their history! 10-day camp held from 9am – 12noon daily. Suitable for kids 2-6 years.

2. Chinese Camp

If improving language skills is more to your liking, then Chinese camp is the way to go! From 16-20 December 2013, youngsters will learn Mandarin through song, poetry and a whole lot of imaginative play! 5-day camp held from 2-5pm daily. Suitable for kids 2-6 years.

3. Fun Art Camp

Fun Art Camp promises to be an arts and crafts bonanza, with little ones creating a Singapore themed masterpiece worthy of an award (it’ll definitely take pride of place at home, mama!). With sessions on 9, 13, 16, 17, 19 and 20 December 2013, mini Picassos will adore getting their hands messy. 6-day camp held from 1-2pm daily. Suitable for kids 2-6 years.

4. Math Camp

Thought numbers were boring? Think again! Math Camp sees minis learn their numbers in these fun-filled math sessions. Held on 9, 11, 13, 17 and 19 December 2013, it’ll be a counting good time! 5-day camp held from 2-5pm daily. Suitable for kids 2-4 years old.

5. Lego Camp

The week-long Lego Camp will run from 16-20 December 2013, and will see kids make creatures at the zoo while learning to count, weigh and measure, along with a visit to LegoLand on the 19th! Perfect for older kids, this fun-filled camp teaches kids important math concepts by using Lego! 5-day camp held from 2-5pm daily. Suitable for kids 5-6 years.

Wee Care also invites families to join them on Sunday 20October and Sunday 27 October from 5:30-6:30pm as they raise funds for charities in Singapore and Asia. Bring the kids; pack the picnic and head to their Tanglin location to join in the fun! Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased by calling them at 6836 1450.
