Did you know that 17 February is ‘Random Acts of Kindness Day’? It’s a day to celebrate kindness and the whole pay-it-forward mentality. Doing something kind for someone else may only take a few seconds of your (or your kids’) time but it can really make someone’s day. Studies show that the simple act of being kind helps kids grow into happier, more resilient, likeable people.
