Did you know that 13 November is World Kindness Day? It’s a day to celebrate doing acts of kindness for others. Doing something kind for someone else may only take a few seconds of your (or your kids’) time but it can really make someone’s day. Studies show that the simple act of being kind helps kids grow into happier, more resilient, likeable people. As parents, it is up to us to model kindness to our kids and nudge them a little to be aware of helping others and paying it forward.
