Join us for our September Mama Meet Up at Body with Soul

Although we’re still greatly suffering from the holiday blues, the kids are are settled back at school (yippee!) and we’re entering the final stretch of the calendar year (yikes!). Why not get yourself into the right frame of mind with our September Mama Meet Up happening at Body with Soul in lovely, leafy Rochester Park on Wednesday, 16th September?

As the first multidisciplinary health and medical centre in Singers, Body with Soul Total Health Care Network combines all health-related needs under one roof, and their beautiful Garden Cafe provides the perfect, tranquil environment for mamas and tiny tots to get together.

With bright, open spaces little ones can  explore the gardens and climb the jungle-gym, while mamas are given a special opportunity to consult Body with Soul’s highly qualified general practitioners (including medical doctors and nutritionists) who will be lending an ear and offering you their professional insights to all of your child- and health-related questions!

Besides taking in the lush garden surroundings, mamas, you’ll love the bubbles and balloons provided by Avondale Grammar School, who’ll also be on hand to answer any questions that mamas may have about the school.

And, drumroll please…the giveaway! Body with Soul will be giving away sweet treats, sunscreen, handy mini first-aid kits, and $20 vouchers off a podiatry consultation, whilst AromatherapySG will be treating mamas to small bottles of essence, and diffuser necklaces! Safe for both bubs and mamas-to-be, these delicate diffuser necklaces can be re-filled with your favourite scent, but we just love the accompanying sample of Lemon Essential Oil that’s known for enhancing moods and boosting the immune system — yes please!
