We’ve already introduced you to the crack team of personal trainers from IFC Personal Training and their personalized approach to fitness training… well, now the guys are expanding their workouts from the gym to the leafy surrounds of Tiong Bahru, with their Fitness Bootcamps for Mums.
Designed to be a fun, motivating and, most importantly, social way to exercise, each session gives mamas exactly what they want in a workout. We’re talking about targeting those key areas (we’re looking at you hips, thighs and stomach!) with exercises that really pack a punch. You won’t be crawling on your hands and knees in the grass mama but you will be huffing and puffing by the end of each workout.
Held every Monday evening at 7.30pm in Tiong Bahru Park (who says the park’s just for the kids?) IFC PT park sessions are perfect for busy mamas and their friends and are open to all women regardless of fitness level (sorry boys!). With at least two trainers at each workout, you can trust that you’re in safe hands and that you get the extra bit of attention you need to really make you sweat!
