1. Festa Della Repubblica Basilico Brunch
Look out for an elevated brunch of special mains with the option of adding on wine pairings by Ferrari Trento, specialists in the production of sparkling wine via the traditional Metodo Classico method. Highlights include the Gnocchi with Sheep Ricotta Cheese and Pork Guanciale, Ravioli with Slow-cooked Oxtail, Risotto with Red Mullet Roe, Asparagus, and Sea Urchin plus mains of Almond-crusted Lamb Chops and Char-grilled Octopus. Leave room for the selection of 50 Aged Cheeses in the dedicated cheese room!

3. Gala Wine Dinner
Festa Della Repubblica Italiana gets off to a grand start at Basilico, as executive chef Angelo Ciccone, executive sous chef Luca Beccalli and head chef Valerio Pierantonelli join hands with the executive chef of the Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore, Massimo Pasquarelli, to showcase Italy’s diverse cuisine with an 8-hands wine-pairing dinner. Expect exciting main courses such as the braised Wagyu ribs and gratinated zita with salted truffle ricotta cheese, as well as a serving of 50 kinds of aged cheese from Basilico’s special cheese room. The dinner will commence with a piano concert by Manuel Cini.

6. Timperio Olive Oil Tastings
Giuseppe Timperio, the scion of extra virgin olive oil producer Timperio, will go table to table to give diners a taste of the liquid gold his family has cultivated for years.
