One Farrer invites you to its chic Grand Ballroom on 21 January 2023 where you can feast with a live band serenading you! Kids will love the roaming magician, and there will even be a bouncy castle to keep the little ones entertained so you can tuck into your food in peace! One Farrer’s grand buffet features oysters – freshly shucked on the spot, Poached Prawns, Flower Clams, White Clams and Black Mussels from the ice bar, plus Tuna, Salmon, Octopus and Sushi – both Nigri and Maki. Of course, a lunar reunion dinner will not be complete without wishing in the new year – One Farrer’s Signature Yu Sheng platter is sustainably put together based on the number of persons at your table and is included in the buffet price! To satisfy your lunar new year cravings, you can feast on baby Abalone Kueh Pie Tee and Imperial Mini Clay Pot, specially made preserved Duck Leg, Chinese Chicken Sausage, Flower Mushrooms, Chestnut and Choy Sum. Dessert lovers can indulge in the well-loved pan fried Nian Gao, Coconut Chendol ice cream, and Peanut and Coconut Crumbs.

If you’re after a private dining room that overlooks the Singapore city skyline – hurry and book a spot at Nest at One Farrer. This restaurant sits on level 20, the top floor of One Farrer Hotel and affords breathtaking views of the city. There’s a six-course epicurean celebration meal on 22 January 2023 that features the quintessential Prosperity “Yu Sheng” with Gold Leaf, King Salmon and Golden Crispy Fish Skin, as well as Double-Boiled Fish Maw with American Ginseng & Organic Bamboo Pith, Steamed Cod Fish with Tangerine Peel, Jinhua Ham and Seasonal Vegetables. Lunar New Year Prosperity Set: If you and your family prefer to celebrate Chinese New Year at home, you can still enjoy the Lunar New Year Prosperity Set for six persons as a takeaway option at an affordable $198++. This delightful spread features the Signature Salmon Yu Sheng (medium) with freshly sliced salmon, six pieces of premium abalone, and crispy golden fish skin chips. Welcome abundance and prosperity with the mouth-watering Bountiful Treasures Poon Poi with perfectly cooked premium abalone, oyster, and delicacies from the sea. The set menu also comprises Braised Dong Po Rou Stir-fried Prawn with Fried Garlic, Braised Flower Mushroom with Fried Fish Maw and Broccoli and Glutinous Rice Wrapped with Mushrooms, Chicken and Beancurd to signify the blossoming of new beginnings and bring in good fortune for you and your loved ones.
