Nestled in a little corner on East Coast Road, Penny University is a cosy spot that’s great for brunch and wins our hearts with their yummy breakfast platters, delicious coffee and tea and of course, speedy free Wi-Fi and availability of power outlets! While they’re always buzzing on weekends, weekdays sees it to be very mellow and quiet, making it the perfect place to get work done (while munching on scrambled eggs on toast).
