Within the Suntec City mall is Olivia & Co., a modern bistro offering an all-day menu that features favourites including milkshakes, superfood juices, salads, burgers and desserts. My favourites here were the tangy Tokyo wings tossed in a sweet teriyaki marinade; the gooey and generous “Cheeses” burger; and last but not the least the Snorlax waffles served with berry compote, fresh bananas, peanut sauce, honey and – hold your breath – bacon!
