Kate Porter Yoga

Every Wednesday afternoon, Kate Porter Yoga’s studio is transformed into a magic yoga kingdom filled with ‘barking’ dogs, ‘ribbiting’ frogs and fairy yoga princes and princesses. A fun packed class for kids 4 to 7 years old that teaches kiddies concentration and stillness, whilst building strength, coordination and flexibility. Parents interested in enjoying their own form of bliss can slip next door for a 45-minute express yoga class.
