Ka-Soh Cantonese Fish Soup

Family-owned Ka-Soh, home of the Cantonese style fish soup, has opened in Greenwood Avenue, Bukit Timah. Ka-Soh is known for its cloudy fish soup achieved without adding milk but instead boiling a blend of fish bones for hours. The menu at Greenwood boasts new items created by third-generation owner, Cedric Tang. Head over to this zi char spot for stir-fried dishes with plenty of “wok hei”. Dishes include prawn paste chicken, black bean sauce spare ribs, sweet and sour pork, as well as good ole noodles like seafood hor fun and fried rice dishes.
