Singapore’s first purely gluten-free kitchen, Jonathan’s artisan bakery uses only rice and bean flours in all of their muffins, cakes and cookies to ensure all their goods are gluten-free (and delicious!). They also do meat-free and custom egg-free options – just call them a day in advance and they’ll try their best to accommodate to your preferences.
