Something as simple as milk is actually quite complicated here in Singapore, where virtually all milk comes from Indonesia, Australia, Japan, or elsewhere and is pasteurised, homogenised, UHT treated…or not even completely milk at all. Dairy Folks produces 100% pure, fresh milk from Holstein Friesian cows located right here in Singapore. Their single source milk is pasteurised, and free of preservatives, additives and permeates. Prices are higher ($5.50 per litre), but they offer free delivery off online orders of $20. It is super yummy. And did we mention they make ice cream, too?
