The Butcher’s Wife

Gone is Open Door Policy and in its place, The Butcher’s Wife, another gluten-free restaurant from Spa Esprit Group’s Cynthia Chua. In the kitchen is Consultant Chef, Diego Jacquet; and Head Chef, Diego Carlos Quispe, and they’ll be offering up modern European fare that is 100% gluten-free.
