On the lookout for the best brunch buffet in Singapore? Add the Ash & Elm Free-flow Taittinger Brut Champagne weekend brunch at InterContinental Singapore to your list!
Ash & Elm at the InterContinental Singapore has been awarded the Michelin Plate Award for two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019, so we find out what makes this spot one to add to your list!
Weekend brunch with free-flow Taittinger Brut Champagne
The food: Ash & Elm’s weekend champagne brunch is where you’ll get to tuck into a fusion menu of delights from the East and West. The culinary theme revolves around the ancient Silk Road trade route, so expect dishes such as Prawn Paste Brazilian Spring Chicken and Char Siew Duroc Batalle-Spanish Pork brought to your table. Favourites that have guests coming back, again and again, include the fresh sustainably-sourced seafood, a charcuterie selection (perfect for when you are hankering after European cold cuts), and signature meats from the Charcoal Grill. You’ll get a platter of all the brunch items served table side, plus a one-time serving of sauteed pasta with white wine cream sauce, tossed in 36 months Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Wheel.
The drink: Of course, this wouldn’t really be a weekend brunch of clout if there wasn’t a free-flow Champagne option, and we are happy to report that Ash & Elm delivers on this front as well, proferring up Taittinger Brut Champagne to go along with wines and beers at $138++. The staff is impressively attentive and generous with the bubbles (always appreciated)!
