Whether you’re looking for a fitness boost or have energetic littles ones, mama, you’ll want to check out the newly-opened BOUNCE Singapore trampoline park at Cineleisure Orchard
Trampoline parks are all the rage in Singapore, and it’s little wonder given that they make for lots of air-conditioned fun that also helps wear out energetic kiddos. BOUNCE is a 24,000 square feet jumping emporium billed as “the largest adrenaline arena in Singapore“. Originating in Melbourne in 2012, BOUNCE features a massive, multi-national team of super enthusiastic young staffers (sooo many high-fives upon entering) along with three dedicated areas based on interests and level of ability.
We are super impressed by the spacious facilities and enthusiastic team, though the music can be pretty loud for old-timer mamas. Nonetheless, we’re pretty sure just about any energetic kiddo would love to have a go at BOUNCE Singapore. Check out our slideshow for some of the highlights!

The centrepiece of BOUNCE is its interconnected trampolines housed within huge, colourful spaces that are set between soft surfaces covered with circus-grade padding, giant air bags, and springs. You can simply get your jump on, mama, or practice aerial gymnastics.
Modeled after American Ninja Warrior and its out-of-this-world obstacle courses, the X-Park is a chance to challenge yourself on a series of jumps, Parkour-style obstacles, and even a zip line without ever hitting the ground. I tried this and almost made it through unscathed (but for missing a couple of timed leaps!). You can even time your runs (and see how you stack up to your friends, if you’re so competitively inclined).
Ever wonder what it would be like to soar above the rim? The Slam Dunk is one of BOUNCE’s most popular features. Channel your inner Air Jordan, mama (and don’t worry, there’s plenty of padding in the soft landing zone)!
Whether you always aspired to swing on the flying trapeze, or perhaps you want to confront your fear of heights and train for The Amazing Race, The Leap of Faith is worth a look, mama: it allows you to stand on a raised platform (strapped into a harness of course) then jump out to catch hold of a trapeze or grab bag.
NB: The Leap of Faith is not included in your general admission ticket; and costs $5 per jump or $10 per 3 jumps.
Likening this to “a half-pipe made from trampolines”, BOUNCE has modeled “Wall Running” after Cirque du Soleil. You’ve gotta watch the video to get the full effect, but this is truly gravity-defying (and perfect for adrenaline-addicted, rubber-limbed preteens)!
Surprisingly tame in comparison to all the jumping going on, the rock wall at the X-Park is great for little and big climbers alike. It makes for a great strength workout, too!
We liked that BOUNCE has a Junior Jumpers area for smaller kids (under 110cm), with a specially designated jumping zone cordoned off from 10am-4pm on weekdays and from 9am-12pm on weekends and pubic holidays. Not surprisingly, all the kids that we saw at the opening were having an absolute ball. In case you were wondering, they do birthday parties!
While the crowds, deafening music and screaming kids underfoot weren’t exactly my cup of tea, I have to admit that once I got jumping I couldn’t help but giggle with glee. BOUNCE is a total blast, mama! On a less crowded weekday, I think it’d be a perfect spot for some good parent-child fun. The offer fitness classes for adults, too!
