Tried and Tested: Sport4Kids Holiday Camps

Still searching for a summer holiday camp? Sport4Kids truly has something for everyone, even the non-sporty!

I’m totally new to the world of holiday camps — since going back to work it’s no longer an option to simply stay with my kids for eight weeks straight while they’re off school. I can’t bear the thought of them sitting at home with iPads all day, though, so the only option is a camp!

It’s such a big market in Singapore and there really are hundreds of options – it’s quite overwhelming!  I really wanted something fun, close by, not too competitive and not all one thing – I also needed something good for my 9-year-old son as well as my 6-year-old daughter. Does such a thing exist?!

Sport4kids totally stepped up to the plate for me (no sports pun intended)! It offers a great range of multi-activities (NOT ALL SPORT) with a focus on fun, learning and life experiences. We signed up to the Easter Camps at Dover Court International school, and we were not disappointed!  Split up by age groups (they cater to a large age range, from  3.5 – 12 years old), the kids were given their t-shirts and set for the day.

The camp activities included Basketball, Tennis, Soccer, Rugby, Swimming, Athletics, Baseball, Dodgeball, Rock climbing, LEGO, Arts & Crafts, Treasure hunts, and much more.

Bertie particularly enjoyed the water polo and Esme loved the arts & crafts mask making! Well managed, friendly and fun, the staff counselors make this a camp to remember! I would highly recommend!

CAMP COSTS:

Weekly: $450 per week Daily: $100 per day

Discounts: Sibling discount = 10% off the second child. Extra week discount = 5% per week. S4K members = 5%
