Hello there, Cupid! With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, it’s time to start preparing a sweet surprise for that special someone in your life. And we know the holiday takes on a whole new meaning once you become a mama – your heart is also full to bursting with love for your little family.
While store-bought cards in the store are one way to go, the best way to impress the people you adore is to make your own Valentine”s photo card (especially if you didn”t quite get around to sending out those Christmas cards (that would be us!)…
To make it easier for mamas to create perfect Valentine’s photo cards, award-winning Singapore photography studio, Littleones Photography is here to help. We”re teaming up with them for a very special workshop on Friday February 7th from 10am – 12pm at their Joo Chiat studio where you can pick up the techniques you”ll need to put together your own greetings cards from family snaps.
All you need to do is bring along your laptop with 4-5 photographs of your kids or family saved onto the desktop of your laptop (or a pen drive). If you’ve got Photoshop CS3 (or higher) installed in your computer already, that’s fantastic. Don’t panic if you don’t have the software though mama. Come, watch and learn anyway! You’ll be paired up with a partner and still be able to create your own card at the workshop. Or, you can email [email protected] to buy Photoshop with a student discount before coming on the day.
The cost of the workshop is $20, but to spread the love, $10 from each attendant’s fee will be donated to Sanctuary House in Singapore.
After the workshop, mamas will be able to take home your very own photo card ready for printing or emailing. Spaces are limited so email [email protected] to reserve your spot now!
