They say the East has it all—and honestly, they might be right. This Christmas, i12 Katong is turning up the magic with Whimsical Christmas! From 21 November to 31 December 2025, the mall teams up with local artist Candice Phang, aka Puffingmuffin, known for her playful, whimsical style, to bring you vibrant installations featuring seven quirky characters. Let your imagination run wild as you wander through the whimsical trail, snap IG-worthy shots, enjoy live music and shop for festive treats with sure-win prizes. Fun and creative experiences for little ones

Your kids can kickstart the festivities by jumping right into the Whimsical Christmas Trail, a mini scavenger hunt where they will help Jolly Jingle reunite with his six whimsical friends around the mall. It’s easy to join, just spend $10 in a single receipt, redeem an activity booklet at the Level 3 Concierge, complete the tasks and you’re all set to redeem a gift voucher!

Little artists can also unleash their creativity in the Christmas Colouring Contest! With two age categories (5 to 8 years and 9 to 12 years), kids can submit their colourful masterpieces for a chance to win the grand prize of $400 gift vouchers. Just grab a colouring sheet from the Level 3 Concierge and submit it to the counter by 31 December, 8pm.

Parents can get in on the fun too! Head to ToTT’s festive workshops, where you and your little ones can roll up your sleeves and bake Christmas-themed treats together. Think Melting Snowman Cookies, Yule Log Cakes, Gingerbread Houses, Holly Xmas Donuts and Reindeer Cupcakes. Not much of a sweet tooth? There are savoury sessions too, where you’ll learn to whip up hearty Spanish and Italian dishes like pasta, steaks and paella to impress your guests this holiday season. On weekends between 13 and 21 December 2025 (2pm to 6pm), look forward to live music including Christmas-themed handbell performances, piano and guitar sets by Aureus and carolling by the NTU Choir. Kids will also have the chance to meet Santa Claus as he makes his way around the mall on 13 and 20 December, from 3.30pm to 4.30pm and 2pm to 3pm respectively.
