Mark your calendars for Funworld @ Expo 2024! It’s the second run of the popular MakBesar halal food and merchandise bazaar. Funworld @ Expo 2024 promises a four-day weekend of family fun over the Chinese New Year holiday from 9 – 12 February 2024 at the Singapore Expo. So what’s in store for families? Let’s take a look at the highlights!

Highlights of Funworld @ Expo 2024

Kids’ Zone: amusement rides, bouncy castles & workshops

Happy kids, happy parents right? At Funworld @ Expo 2024 there’s a specially dedicated Kid’s Zone with loads of fun carnival rides by J’Kids Amusement* as well as kids’ activity stations to keep the little ones busy! From character meet and greets (Minions, Kung Fu Panda and Barbie) to face painting, balloon sculpting, arts & crafts and lots of other activities, junior will have a blast here. You’ll even be able to drop your kids off at some of the activity stations safely and enjoy some shopping or me-time in peace!

Kids Stage Program:
Minions Meet & Greet: On Saturday 10 February at 12pm, 2pm, and 5pm look out for a free Minion Meet & Greet.
Kung Fu Panda Meet & Greet: On Sunday 11 February at 12pm, 2pm, and 5pm look out for a chance to meet Kung Fu Panda.
Barbie meet-and-greet and cupcake decorating workshop: On Monday 12 February at 12pm, 2pm, and 5pm there will be a Barbie Meet & Greet for kids ($18) inclusive of a cupcake decorating activity. Register here.

Delicious food & drink plus shopping galore

There’s going to be a great family-friendly atmosphere at this fair and what’s good times without good food? Look out for lots of delicious fare from savoury bites to sweet treats for the whole family. Vendors range from Roti Gendang to Shaabaz Kitchen, The Original Pisang Keju, Honeybee SG (for their yummy ice cream) and Balang SG known for their colourful 1-litre bucket drinks!

There will be plenty of local brands to explore including goodies from the famous Chef Siti Mastura, Sujimy and Haslinda Ali! And if you want to do your Hari Raya Shopping early at great prices, this is the place to start!
