Building on the foundation of their inspiring community for students, NLCS (Singapore) welcomes a new Senior School Principal, Mrs Sarah Richardson, who aims to empower students to make a meaningful impact in the world.

North London Collegiate School (Singapore)’s Senior School continues to flourish as a place where ambition, scholarship and individual growth are nurtured every day. With the arrival of the new Senior School Principal, Mrs. Sarah Richardson, the community reflects on what makes this part of the school such a dynamic and inspiring environment for young people.

Opportunities for students to explore their passions

From the moment students step into the Senior School, they are encouraged to embrace challenge and discover their own passions. With over 120 co-curricular activities a week to choose from, there is no shortage of opportunities for students to develop skills outside of the rigorous curriculum. A Grade 10 student, Samuel shares, “At NLCS (Singapore), they hone in on your skills and allow you to achieve new heights,” while Grade 10 student Olivia echoes her love of her school, which feels “very personal and individual.”

The diversity of opportunities at NLCS (Singapore)–whether in academics or co-curricular activities–ensures that every student has a chance to explore and excel. Zoe (Grade 7) shares, “The wide range of subjects has helped me find my strengths–there’s something for everyone to enjoy.” The students’ reflections highlight what makes the Senior School stand out. Students are challenged to go beyond the curriculum in a nurturing environment where they are truly known and supported.
