After a very well received session on Mindful Parenting in January, Silvia Wetherell, psychotherapist, and founder of Mindful Mums is back at Trehaus with another amazing talk, mamas! In this 1 hour talk on “Handling Anger” she will cover how to recognise triggers, how thoughts breed anger, learning to practise acceptance, and tips for staying calm and centred.

Oman: Understanding & Coexistence at the S.E.A. Aquarium
The S.E.A. Aquarium plays host to the “Oman: Understanding & Coexistence” exhibition, which has toured more than 70 cities and drawn over 5.5 million visitors! Bring your little ones to gain insights into the practice of Islam in contemporary Omani society at the S.E.A. Aquarium, mama! Among the exhibits is a copy of an ancient manuscript written by Prophet Mohammed in 629 which led to the establishment of Islam in Oman.

eXplorerkid’s 1st Little Talent Show
Encourage your little ones to step onto a new stage and display their talent this spring! eXplorerkid’s Little Talent Show 2016 opens for registration now, mama! Little Talent Show is looking for young performers aged 7 to 12 years to unleash their potential on stage. Be it dancing, singing or playing musical instruments, all little talents are welcomed to blow the panel of judges away with performances. Finalists will each get to walk away with prizes worth more than $200, consisting of educational toys as well as singing, dancing and music lesson packages. The top talent of the show will win the grand prize worth $500! Registration closes on 28 February 2016.

When: Saturday, 27 February – Sunday, 28 February, 11am – 6pm
