Tales of Time at Playeum
Come discover how time is perceived in storybooks in this fun-filled drama camp! Kiddos from ages 6 – 12 years old can learn how characters in books use time to go about their daily activities and delve into your own time warp by creating your own clock with your own rules. Explore how we can manipulate time in a fun and exciting way and experience what it’s like to time travel!

Sunday at the Shed
Remember Sunday on The Hill? This time it’s back at Labrador Park, with the same family-friendly fun as always! There’ll be activities for kids and adults (including a DIY playground, chalkboards, giant beer pong…), food and drink, funky music from guest and Sideshow DJs, and lots of grass to lounge around on!

Art Day Out! Gillman Barracks x Singapore Design Week 2017
Following a successful Art After Dark open house in January, Gillman Barracks’ daytime open house Art Day Out! celebrates all things design, and brings together a collection of local and international design activities as part of Singapore Design Week! Look out for the first Singapore + Wallpaper* Handmade Classics exhibition, design workshops and public presentations, fringe activities and performances. There’s something for the whole fam, including F&B offerings, children’s programming at Playeum, free drop-in family-friendly activities by Art Outreach and guided docent tours by Friends of the Museum.

Parkview Museum: On Sharks & Humanity
Parkview Museum opens its doors with the global art exhibition ‘On Sharks and Humanity’, a thematic, travelling exhibition that addresses the practice of shark finning and the impact of human activity on the oceans. Learn the importance of saying no to shark’s fin dishes and conserving sharks through breathtaking images, installations and videos by local and Chinese artists.
