Sound and Light Yoga will feature singing bowls and candle lights to connect the body and mind.
Jia En is a fitness junkie by day, bikini maker by night. This multi-talented ex-Miss Universe Singapore runner-up is also a rhythmic cycling and barre instructor who is known for her cardio work, let her music, energy and joy push you towards a great sweat session!
Brandon is a strong believer in guiding students to build a strong yoga foundation through movement and posture. His yoga class focuses on intelligent alignment and effective stretches, it will also feature singing bowls and candle lights to connect the body and mind.
The Sports Hub Fitness Studio offers a variety of workout classes that are fun and accessible.
Classes at the Fitness Studio include Zumba (Latin-inspired dance-inspired fitness class that combines fast and slow rhythms), Bbarreless (a fusion-style class with pilates as its foundation and elements added from dance and yoga), FTX (functional training that involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life), Cardio Kickbox (drawing inspiration from martial arts, this class will have kicks and punches to integrate both the upper and lower body), and many more.
