27 August – 12 September 2021
The Singapore Food Festival is back and better than ever. Now in its 28th edition, the festival brings more than 50 gastronomic and drinking experiences on a hybrid platform. Want to explore everything that the Singapore Food Festival has to offer? Here’s how:
1. Live masterclasses
Get up close to chefs such as Rishi Naleendra of Cloudstreet and Kotuwa, Bjorn Shen of Artichoke, and Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef JP Anglo of Sarsa from the Philippines to learn how they make some of their signature dishes. Some masterclasses also have ingredient boxes and food bundles that will be sent to your doorstep. Some of the masterclasses are free-to-view, while others will require a ticket.
2. Exclusive food experiences
Dive into the ins-and-outs of innovative food businesses in Singapore through docu-features, recipe videos and virtual food tours, where you’ll learn plenty about modern farming, sustainable cooking and more.
3. Live workshops
Try your hand at kueh-making, create durian dishes from scratch and dabble in jam-making at the various live workshops on offer, all conducted by experts from renowned brands such as KitchenAid, Rainbow Lapis and V-ZUG.
4. Go shopping
There’s plenty of Singapore Food Festival merch to be found, too, at retail partners such as Kinokuniya Singapore and Kopitiam. Several partner restaurants such as Holy Crab, Nutmeg and Clove and Featherblade are also running exclusive promotions for selected dishes and cocktails.
