If your trips to JB and beyond always include foodie pit stops, this one’s for you! Throughout the month of June to July, you can enjoy authentic Malaysian dishes without having to leave Singapore. In collaboration with Tourism Malaysia, Food Capital at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore is hosting its first-ever 10-hands Malaysian chef buffet spread, led by their very own Johor-born Executive Sous Chef Peter Pang.
It spotlights the culinary prowess of five chefs from Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Sabah and Sarawak, so you can expect a gastronomic adventure through Malaysia. From a mini Ramly burger from Johor to Assam Laksa from Penang, Ayam Masak Merah from Kuala Lumpur, Sarawak Laksa from Sarawak and Hinava from Sabah and more, you’ll get to enjoy authentic Malaysian flavours without leaving Singapore. We recommend making a booking on the launch evening of the buffet on 4 June 2026, where there’ll be cultural performances and even a lucky draw!
