For one night only, Art Restaurant & Bar will present the sophomore edition of the Alba White Truffle Benefit Dinner, an exclusive dinner experience featuring fine Italian gastronomy and wines. This global initiative sees four countries around the world – Italy, Hong Kong, Moscow and Singapore – come together virtually to bid for this year’s finest white truffle specimens at the annual World Alba White Truffle Charity Auction in Piedmont, Italy, all in the name of charity. All proceeds from the dinner and auction go to Foodsteps by World Food Future.
Michelin-starred chef-owner Beppe De Vito and newly-appointed group executive chef Daniele Sperindio will present a degustation menu to celebrate. You’ll get to indulge in five special courses that incorporate Alba White Truffle. The dinner, which features dishes like Aged Celeriac, Jerusalem Artichoke Cream, Black Onion Caviar, White Truffle and Art’s signature 32 Egg Yolk Tagliolini, will be paired with wines from the most representative Piemontese winemakers such as Barolo Bussia Vigna Colonnello 2008 and Barbaresco Bric Turot 1999 from Prunotto.
During the dinner, guests will be able to compete for two prestigious specimens of Alba White Truffle that have been carefully curated by experts, combined with rare Italian wines. 100% of the dinner and auction proceeds will go to the appointed local beneficiary Foodsteps by World Food Future.
