A decadent Christmas dinner awaits at Sky22

The Yuletide fun has already kicked off at Sky22, a contemporary space with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows featuring panoramic views from the 22nd floor of the nature reserve and surrounding cityscape! You’ll find 3- or 4-course festive set dinners here – perfect if you’re planning Christmas parties with friends or colleagues. Tuck into Ham Hock Terrine, Cranberry Glazed Turkey Ballantine or Beef Stroganoff. Leave room for dessert of Apple Crumble, Bread and Butter Pudding and Lemon Meringue Tart.

If festive buffets are more your thing – Sky22’s celebratory feast awaits for Christmas Eve Lunch and Dinner. The buffet offers seafood on ice – think freshly shucked oysters, slipper lobster and Australian blue mussels – as well as mains of Slow-roasted Angus Rib Eye Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Wine-braised Lamb Shank, Seafood Jambalaya with Chorizo, and Slow-roasted Ribeye with Yorkshire Pudding. Christmas dinner isn’t really complete without festive desserts, and Sky22 doesn’t disappoint! You can expect to end the night on a sweet note with assorted log cakes, stollen and a sinful Christmas pudding with rum sauce.

We’re excited to hold a Christmas dinner party at home without having to worry about restrictions! But all that cooking? Not so much! Luckily Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena’s holiday takeaway platters will take the hard work out of hosting. Ranging from decadent roasts to handcrafted confectionaries, there’s plenty to please every palate. Choose between three festive bundles (from $138 – $298), each filled with highlights such as Roasted Turkey with Chestnut and Foie Gras Stuffing, Garlic Pork Sausages, Pan-seared Norwegian Salmon, and Honey & Clove Glazed Boneless Leg Ham with Cinnamon Pineapple Sauce. Not forgetting Log Cakes in a range of flavours of Gianduja Hazelnut, Mango and Calamansi and Mandarin Yuzu Milk and much, much more. These dishes are also available for a la carte takeaway orders (from $38), which work well if you just want a few holiday dishes to complete your dinner table.
