Rizu, the 36-seater boutique Japanese restaurant on Duxton Hill is all about contemporary Japanese cuisine: sushi nigiri, interesting maki rolls and gourmet sashimi. The menu is diverse with everything from cold plates of Beef Tataki and Urchin Carpaccio ($26) to the interesting fusion dish of Squid Carbonara with salmon roe ($12), fill-your-belly rice bowls ($22-50) and premium mains like the Wagyu A4 Striploin Steak ($58/150 grams).
