Prof. Chong Yap Seng

Once again begging the question — why do most of the fabulous OBs in Singapore seem to be male? Professor Chong Yap Seng is a senior consultant in the department of O&G at National University Hospital. He is very experienced in high-risk obstetrics and is an advocate of natural childbirth and breastfeeding. It has been almost a decade since the pioneering Prof. Chong introduced water births (!) to NUH and since then he has overseen the majority of natural births in the hospital.
