This trio salons (two in Holland Village, one at Somerset) is wonderfully patient with kids, and with prices at under $30 it’s pretty good value, too! We prefer the Raffles Holland V location, which is newer and brighter than the original spot at Holland Shopping Centre. You’re apt to see plenty of mother-daughter pairs in both locations, though!
