It’s a well-documented fact that the Sassy Mama team are HUGE fans of Brettschneider’s Baking & Cooking School, which is an offshoot of the island’s ubiquitous Baker & Cook. Whether you’re a bread-baking novice or you’re hardcore into sourdough, you’ll find a class to suit your tastes and ability levels (and it really is much more than baking, we just can’t get enough of their delicious doughs!). Probably the most unique Singapore hobby you could have, tiny food crafting is all the rage here in Singapore, where it turns out we have a global superstar in our midst: artist Jocelyn Teo doesn’t just lead cool tiny food workshops where she teaches you how to make adorable, amazingly realistic clay food creations. Oh no, she’s also been commissioned by the likes of John Legend to craft a birthday present for his incredible wife, Chrissy Teigen (OMG), to recreate dishes from her cookbook in miniature. If it’s good enough for one of the world’s coolest couples, then it’s good enough for us!
