A recipe of daily sensorial and interactive activities mixed with hands-on learning gets kids excited and engaged at Viv’s Schoolhouse
Looking for a school that will really grab your child’s attention and get them excited about learning and experiencing life? Viv’s Schoolhouse is an international preschool for children between 18 months and 6 years old where experiential learning is key. Viv’s Schoolhouse’s Director, Ms. Vivian Lee, says “Children’s learning experiences can only be anchored in firmly if they are truly involved in a hands-on manner.”
What experiences get kids learning at Viv’s Schoolhouse?
The teacher to student ratio is low at Viv’s Schoolhouse (1:5 for 18 months – 3 year olds, 1:8 for 4 year olds and 1:10 for 5- and 6-year-olds) so all kids get a chance to be actively involved in each and every activity. The curriculum is designed with the aim of engaging children’s senses as much as possible; you can expect lessons to be filled with novelty, challenges, creative-thinking, as well as experiments. These are all specially curated to allow children to be fully engaged in their everyday learning, build strong foundations in the different learning domains, and encourage critical thinking when it comes to tackling problems.
