Dishes are prepared using clay pots and outdoor wood-fire burning stoves, designed to give guests the ultimate traditional countryside dining experience.
The menu features Nagaland Bamboo Shoot, Chicken broth, Coorg Mangalorean Fish (Karnataka, South-western India), Bajra and Jwari rotis, freshly toasted traditional Indian flatbreads (Rajasthan, North India) as well as Misti Dohi (Western India), a sweet, chilled yogurt fashioned as a crème brûlée to complete your meal. A vegetarian option is available.
