Hands up who loves lobster rolls? The Market Grill was one of the first places to bring these to plates in Singapore and five years on lobsters are still the most popular item on The Market Grill’s menu. Maine and Boston lobsters are steamed whole, or chargrilled with garlic butter and a host of sides. New Executive Head Chef Kenneth Lin has added some new dishes to the menu – secondary meat cuts such as Bavette and Wagyu Tri-tip steaks to go alongside the premium primary cuts of Porterhouse and Cote de boeuf which are then grilled using a “Woodstone” Charbroiler. There’s also a new brunch every Saturday, with Salmon or Lobster Eggs Benedict with poached eggs, hollandaise, capers and mixed salad and for kiddos the Chicken and Waffle drizzled with maple syrup.
