Sumaiyah Mohamed, Author at Sassy Mama

Sumaiyah Mohamed works as a programme coordinator at Club HEAL, a charity that helps people with mental health challenges improve their lives. Sumaiyah was previously diagnosed with schizophrenia and depression; through her experience of living with mental health challenges, she has found her life’s purpose, which is to empower others with similar struggles towards understanding and recovery. She’s also the proud mother of a beautiful daughter!
