Pororo Park Singapore

6 Raffles Boulevard, Marina Square #02-29, Singapore 039594
(+65) 6250 9700,
So our kid has never seen a second of this uber popular (and ok fine, very cute) cartoon Penguin from Korea, but that doesn’t stop her from loving this sprawling indoor playground at Marina Square. In addition to a ball pit, climbing structure, slides and soft play (all vaguely winter-themed, because penguin…), the big standouts here are the cute little Pororo Express train, daily singalong shows and themed school holiday shows. There’s also a café with a decent amount of seating and a gift shop near the exit!

Kiddles Indoor Playground

131 East Coast Road, #04-01 (Above Ninethirty by Awfully Chocolate), Singapore 428816
This cosy new indoor play area at the corner of East Coast and Joo Chiat Roads isn't huge, but we like that they allow drop-ins in 30-and 60-minute increments starting from $12, or pay just $20 for unlimited play on weekdays. Highlights for kiddos include a ball pit, LEGO wall, little trampoline area, and cassia seed “sand” box, along with soft play and play kitchens for toddlers. For parents and caretakers they’ve got nice Australian coffees and yummy croissants, so…

Haw Par Villa

262 Pasir Panjang Road, Singapore 118628
This "cultural park" was constructed in 1937 by the Aw Brothers (who founded Tiger Balm) to depict Chinese folklore’s 10 Courts of Hell, and will definitely make kids think twice about disrespecting their parents or not doing their homework! Free and open to the public throughout the year, the park features more than 1,000 colourful statues and tableaux, with everything from a giant gorilla to Chinese legends, along with a spooky Friday evening twilight tour (“Journeys to Hell”). Younger kids…
