The much-loved Durian Buffet is back at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore! This year’s SG60 Durian Fiesta serves up a mouthwatering international buffet featuring both Asian and Western dishes, fresh seafood and of course, creative durian-infused specialities. The highlight has to be the free-flow Musang King Durians, freshly opened right at the outdoor live station during dinner.

Some standout dishes include Durian Laksa, Kampung-Style Durian Fried Rice, Roasted Chicken with Durian Glaze and even Durian Quiche. For the sweet tooth, desserts include Durian Sweet Potato Tartlets, Durian Panna Cotta and Mini Durian Cream Puffs. The hotel is also teaming up with Udders to debut new durian-inspired ice cream flavours starting 15 July.
