Head over to Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore’s Food Capital this Chinese New Year and ring in the Year of the Horse with their new Peranakan Prosperity Feast. This festive buffet features a mix of Peranakan, Chinese and international flavours with classic Peranakan favourites such as Ayam Haliah (ginger chicken) and Udang Goreng Assam (prawns with tamarind sauce). Plus, multiple Chinese-inspired dishes, like grilled char siew pork belly, pizza with chicken floss and sweet mayo and bak kwa with soft buns, that the kids will love.

From 16 to 18 February, Food Capital will feature a special menu called the Chinese New Year Reunion Special.
