Space and Light Yoga

A Sassy Mama fave, Space and Light’s former location in Phoenix Park (we’re super sad that they ever so recently moved) was one we returned to again and again just to sit in their beautiful black and white house with windows flung open to the lush jungle outside. Now that they’re in R-evolution (the new functional fitness centre at VivoCity) they’re still rolling out their prenatal yoga classes, with passionate instructors dolling out super helpful advice about child birth and how meditation can help the process (if you’re open to it that is!). Their teachers ware full of great tips and tricks to provide modifications to poses to accommodate preggie bellies.
