Ma Cuisine was established in 1996 in Beaune, Burgundy and has now come to Singapore thanks to co-owners Anthony Charmetant and executive chef Mathieu Escoffier (of Joël Robuchon, Restaurant Daniel, and Alain Ducasse). Ma Cuisine is a wine bar first and foremost with over 600 wines (starting at $65), though there is a concise food menu of uncomplicated French classics, too. Look out for acclaimed bottles such as Meursaults Les Luchets Domaine Guy Roulot 2012 ($380), and the incredibly rare Bordeaux vintage Sauternes 1958 Château d’Yquem ($1,522), as well as classics from Italy, Spain, the USA, Germany, Australia and New Zealand.
