The Animal Resort

People have heard of the Singapore Zoo and Jurong Bird Park but not many have been to the Animal Resort. Tucked away in the Seletar West Farmway amidst other farms housing koi fish, Animal Resort is admittedly out of the way. But a visit here is off the beaten path and truly brings you back to the “kampong” life. Here, you can get up close to the farm animals, many that are allowed to roam free. You’ll find fowl, chickens, ducks, and geese clucking around. The farm also has peacocks, a stork, and a crane, a horse in a pen eagerly awaiting his next feed of hay and carrots, and rabbits and guinea pigs, too. Be sure to head over to the counter to purchase some nibbles for the different animals. This humble little petting farm offers a few hours well spent in the company of creatures big and small!
