Bar Canary, is slap bang on Orchard Rd, reopened recently after a revamp and new menu. Ladies’ Night (every Wednesday from 7 to 9pm) is popular with the $55 “liquid buffet” (free-flow champagne, house pours and select cocktails), while Gentleman’s Night offers $10 beers on tap and 15% off whiskies every Thursday evening. If you’re visiting on Monday and Tuesday, you’ll be rewarded with 20%, 30% and 40% off the first, second and third bottles respectively, while Friday and Saturday offers a “beat the clock” special from 6 to 9pm. Sounds dangerous to us!
