Be the hippest mama in town by taking your munchkins to Kids Parkour Training each Sunday at SMU Big Steps. For kiddos aged 5 to 13 years, the programme teaches the techniques and principles of Parkour (a discipline that teaches peeps to move quickly and efficiently through the environment using only their bodies and surroundings to propel themselves – it’s kinda awesome). Definitely something different to try, Parkour is particularly useful for developing agility and coordination in children (as well as being a bit of non-trad fun!).
