Mindful Birth Yoga Teacher Training with Michelle Papa & Dr. Jean Byrne 21 – 29 September
Women often feel physically and emotionally vulnerable during pregnancy and throughout the post-natal period. By enrolling in the The Mindful Birth: Yoga for Pregnancy, Birth and Baby Teacher Training, yoga teachers will learn how to teach yoga in a holistic manner and support women through pregnancy and the post-natal period. Upon completion, attendees will know how to teach women safely during this time and be able to assist pregnant and post-natal women during classes.
