Share the love at Wild Honey this Valentine’s Day with an exclusive 3-course dinner, featuring an ultra deluxe, unlimited dessert & s’mores bar, handcrafted by The Fabulous Baker Boy. This exclusive set menu features specially curated dishes, available only on Valentine’s Day. Diners can indulge in the starter of smoked salmon gougères, followed by a choice of 4 delectable mains such as the grilled onglet steak with gratin dauphinoise or the house cured duck confit hash with grapefruit hollandaise.
Just make sure to leave some room for the sumptuous and unlimited desserts spread by The Fabulous Baker Boy: from cookies to bars, from cakes to mini tarts and trifles to s’mores. Signature desserts include the ‘Diana Ross’ a layer cake of milk sponge filled with milk chocolate, ivoire ganache and raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream, or the Valrhona chocolate cheese cake.
Wild at Heart – A Special Valentine’s Day Dinner is available at both Wild Honey Mandarin Gallery and Scotts Square on Thursday 14 th February, between 5 and 11pm. The menu is priced at $70++ per person and includes:
– A glass of Ruffino Prosecco Blanc or Seedlip Garden Martini
– 3-course set menu with unlimited dessert bar
– coffee or tea
