Time: 8:30am – 11am
Calling all Heroes!
Come join us as we take part in the 27th International Coastal Cleanup. This is a global event with over 70 countries taking part to clean and record data on marine trash to be analysed by The Ocean Conservancy.
All are welcome to join from young to old, all that is required is a willingness to get sweaty!
Please note that we have an amazing sponsor who will be providing a coach for 30 people to the event. We will be picking this up from Bugis and you need to reserve a seat on the coach before Thursday 13th September. Please choose the correct Eventbrite ticket to reserve your spot. We will email you before the event to confirm your place and pick up time will be 8am.
If you would like to meet us directly at the clean up site the meeting point is East Entrance to Coney Island. It is also known as ‘2nd bridge to Coney Island’ and is not accessible via public transport. There is road parking for cars near the East Entrance but the nearest bus stop is a 30 minute walk at Punggol Point Jetty.
As usual we will provide gloves and trash bags along with a few tongs but if you would like your own please bring these with you. We expect a large trash load so will be a worthwhile and rewarding event!
Let’s get cleaning Heroes!
